2. Description of Service
Lattice provides an AI-driven computer-aided design (CAD) workspace. Our autonomous AI modeling agents generate, execute, and compile programmatic geometry scripts inside isolated, ephemeral Kubernetes (K3s) sandbox containers to output watertight 3D models (such as STL formats).
The Service includes conversational prompts, coordinate markup systems, rendering engines, and STL export modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update these features to optimize performance, container security, and code compilation cycles.
3. Billing & Credits
To execute modeling prompts and compile sandbox designs, your account must have a positive credit balance.
- Credit Transactions: Purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through our payment provider, Stripe. All billing and transactional histories are accessible via your Account settings.
- Consumption Rules: Credits are deducted dynamically based on Large Language Model (LLM) token usage and sandbox computation time per design run. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Welcome & Promo Balances: Complimentary welcome credits granted upon registration are promotional, non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration parameters defined inside the platform.
4. Ownership of Output
At Brigades AI, we believe your designs are your intellectual property.
- Your Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership, patent rights, and copyright over all programmatic CAD scripts, geometry configurations, and final exported STL files generated by the Service. You are free to manufacture, sell, distribute, or modify your models without restriction.
- Brigades IP: The UI designs, backend sandbox orchestrators, brand trademarks, and proprietary agent utilities provided by Brigades remain exclusively our property.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Crucial Manufacturing Disclaimer:
Lattice utilizes artificial intelligence to build 3D mesh files. While the platform runs automated geometry, volume, and watertightness checks, we cannot guarantee mechanical strength, clearance tolerances, or real-world physical properties.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the fit, clearance, assembly configurations, and structural integrity of all models before physical manufacturing, 3D printing, or integration. Lattice is not liable for material waste, printing failures, tool damages, or physical hazards resulting from models generated by the Service.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree to utilize the platform responsibly. The following behaviors will result in immediate account termination and/or legal actions:
- Attempting to break out of, exploit, or reverse engineer the isolated Kubernetes sandbox container structures.
- Uploading corrupted files, malware, or content specifically structured to harm our compute infrastructure.
- Attempting to bypass credit limit gates or duplicate account wallets to gain unpaid sandbox compute access.
- Generating designs that violate patent restrictions or third-party trademark rights.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms to reflect technical shifts, legal requirements, or platform modifications. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated timestamp. Continued usage of the design platform after updates implies acceptance.
